Our mission is to establish and maintain professional standards among persons engaged in recruitment and selection of staff; for education placement and personnel officials in schools, colleges and universities; to acquaint individuals concerned with current practices and problems in staffing; to enhance the concept of staffing as an integral part of education; to foster research and to make possible the exchange, dissemination and implementation of its findings; to encourage, through positive action, active membership in the Association.
