About Us
The New England Association for Employment in Education (NEAEE) has, for 30 years, provided a unique forum for career professionals from higher education institutions and school administrators in K-12 districts to share information about the hiring process and to provide services for candidates, career services officers, and school administrators involved in the recruitment and selection of teachers. NEAEE is regionally affiliated with the
American Association for Employment in Education. NEAEE is an organization that:
- assists career services officers in New England to aid in the job search process for candidates and in the recruitment and selection of those candidates by school districts.
- provides critical information for the teacher preparation and hiring process.
- promotes the exchange of information about current practices and new challenges in the education employment marketplace.
- promotes ethical standards and practices in the job search process.
- promotes the employment of high quality teachers for all our children.
